Shaun resides in Spring Valley, MN with his wife, Sheila, and children, Bennett, Hadley, Charli, and Laney.

With over a decade of experience in construction management, Brent serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the building project, ensuring effective project supervision and providing strong organizational leadership. He resides in Rochester, MN with his wife, Rachael, and their children, Brooklynn and Stella.

With over forty years of construction management experience, much of it in leadership capacities, Steve's roles with Capital include planning, design assistance, project management, project supervision, and organizational leadership advisement. Steve resides in Spring Valley, MN with his wife, Glenda.

With over fifteen years of construction management experience, Jeff's roles with Capital include overseeing all daily field operations, which encompass project supervision, scheduling, quality control, and enforcing safety compliance. Jeff resides in St. Charles, MN with his wife, Kasey, and children, Isabella and Cooper.
